Ben Murray systematically connects the dots of the SaaS financial operating system and shows a very detailed and practical roadmap through all the different metrics, their meaning, formulas, benchmarks, and how to use them right in dashboards and systems. If you feel lost with all the SaaS metrics, or just want to dig deeper and expand your knowledge of the financial operating system to make better GTM decisions, I highly recommend Ben's (on-demand) course for every kind of SaaS leader, especially GTM-driven ones.
