I have nothing but positive remarks for this storage center in the area. The entire facility is remarkably clean—hallways, units, entrances, and shared spaces are all immaculate and clearly well-maintained. It feels neither neglected nor rundown. Everything is organized, well-lit, and kept to the standards expected of a quality storage facility.
What truly distinguishes this location is the staff. The team members are genuinely friendly, patient, and accommodating. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer questions without any negativity, and ensure you feel comfortable and well-cared for. Their professionalism and warmth make the entire experience smooth and worry-free.
It's uncommon to find a place that is both impeccably clean and staffed by individuals who take pride in their work, but this storage center excels in both aspects. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a dependable, well-managed storage facility in the area.
This has been a complete nightmare! It's the most stressful experience I've ever had with a storage unit, and this is my fifth time trying to secure one.
I attempted to reserve my unit online at a specific location, but my payment wouldn't process. I had to call for assistance. (The only positive aspect of this whole ordeal is that every customer service representative I've spoken to has been polite and respectful, even when my frustration was high.) The first issue I faced on-site was my access code not working. A friend had helped me move my belongings and was running late for work after we spent 20 minutes trying to get in. I decided to unload his vehicle and assured him I would sort it out. This was a Friday evening after hours. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that a manager would need to provide a new code. After over two hours and five calls later, I still hadn't received a callback, and I was now late for work myself. I informed customer service that I would have to use the only accessible unit on the ground floor near the elevator. My small car was already packed, so I couldn't take everything my friend had brought. The next day, I returned to transfer my items to the correct unit, but once again, my code failed. Unfortunately, it was after hours again, as I work long shifts every weekend. I had another load to drop off but was forced to wait for a manager to provide a temporary code, which never came. I waited over an hour without any contact. Eventually, another customer arrived and let me through the first set of doors with their code. I unloaded my car into the only unit I could access and locked it up, but again, I was over an hour late for work. After that weekend, I had to leave town, and a few days later, I received just one missed call from a manager. When I returned, I spoke with someone in the office who acknowledged that there were issues with the access codes and provided me with a temporary code. However, when I went to move my things into the correct unit, I discovered a lock already on it. The staff member had already left for the day. I decided to switch units since I had already moved half my belongings. While I was away, my phone was stolen, and I only had my iPad until I could replace it. I emailed the storage center to explain the situation, request a unit switch, and ask to keep the unit I was already using, as my items had been there for a week. Despite a promotion for the first month free and having already paid my insurance and processing fees, I received no response regarding my unit. When I checked my account, it was still active, but the unit number hadn't changed. Living over 45 minutes away, I returned a week later only to find the office closed. My unit was locked with a red lock and a note that read, 'Unauthorized use of unit. Please see management or your items will be trashed by 11/21/25.' The date was the 28th. I immediately called and emailed to address the note, and they promised a manager would call me back. However, they initially couldn't locate my account, and when they finally did, it was listed under a different location, with a manager set to call me back on Monday. Currently, I have no idea if my belongings are safe or if they've been discarded, and no one can provide clarity on the situation.
