Bad commercial practices

The company engages in bad commercial practices. I placed an urgent 48hrs order for 151USD, I needed these document for my son to obtain accomodations at the SAT exam.48 hrs later, when I asked for the translation, they told me they had make a small mistake and that the price was actually 763USD.I did get the 151USD back and was eventually offered a deal at 370USD which I declined.
