I ordered a package on Dec 22. It’s currently Jan 08 and they still cannot tell me when it will arrive. I received a tracking number that doesn’t give any details except that the package is coming from China. It’s been in transit 17 days.
STAY FAR FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!My boyfriend ordered boots and took a size bigger to make sure they would fit. They are so small, they are unwearable. Website says return is easy, fake news it is not!! Been trying to return the boots for 2 weeks and it’s so complicated. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from there!
I paid $69.95 plus tax for a pair of men's gloves, described as 'genuine leather.' I made the mistake of ordering before checking reviews and once I did, tried cancelling but they wouldn't allow it. The gloves arrived, only minimally resembling what I'd ordered, very cheap-looking, made from polyurethane. I checked the label and took photographs. The invoice recorded my order in Euros, while I'd actually paid in Canadian dollars. Shipping came from an address that I googled and found that it's associated with several forms of dubious companies and products. QR code on package led to nothing. Another website on the package given as the name of the shipper (e.g., not The True North Gentleman): also nothing. After receipt of the gloves, I contacted them to say I wanted a refund and they offered to give me ten per cent back if I kept the gloves. Said they'd send a shipping label for transport I'd have to pay for if I really wanted to return them. I've decided to simply swallow my own mistake in ordering from them but will post reviews wherever I can. One out of five stars much too high. Buyer Beware.
Do not buy from this company! False advertising and a complete scam. I ordered a “cashmere knit” sweater for my husband and received a 100% Acrylic sweater that looks like a piece of shit. Difficult to return and likely not worth the effort. Going to try to have the charges reversed with my cc company.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a scam!! Says from France serving Canada !!! Ships and sells from china!! Calling my credit card company to get a refund ! Sent me boots that look nothing like what I ordered - when k realized they shipped from china I knew I got scammed!

Ordered an xl for my husband and more like an XS also cheap quality despite paying $100. They make it near impossible to return. At first they wanted pictures and noted they would sent free replacement if size was incorrect. Pictures sent but then offered 15% refund. Then only 20%. DO NOT BUY from this company! If I could zero stars I would!
My spouse bought me a coat from this company. It is two sizes too small from what the tag on the coat reads. And their return policy is a joke. By the time you return it to the sender, they only pay 15% on the return.They are targeting us Canadians. They have no clue of what are Canadian sizes, They show on their site great reviews, I call BS, Their site says easy return this is also incorrect. Be very careful when dealing with this company. They state on their site that they are located in France, product made in China and sold to Canadians.
Absolute scam of a company. I ordered products that never arrived and they will not refund me. They told me the products were in transit on Jan 3, and then today said it was actually delivered on Dec 31 to a city in which I do not live. DO NOT SHO HERE.
