I was sent the wrong tea, not sure if it was my fault or theirs, but it only cost a second large stamp to return it and I quickly got my decaf tea. It is lovely that the people who work there are a small team so they get to know you.Can't say I love their website, as I can never remember how to access my subscription, but they can fix it by email or over the phone.

We purchased 4 different types of tea. The organic spearmint and green tea and the lemongrass and ginger tea are ok. The peppermint tea tasted and smelled odd, it was like as if you picked any green plant and made a tea of it. Weird! The spearmint tea was equally awful. It had a very strange smell and tasted very bitter and synthetic. Would definitely not purchase from them again. I didn’t bother trying to contact customer service after reading the comments here. Three bags of ‘tea’ in the bin!
