Wrong Tea sent no attempt to rectify

Previously, I have ordered Ceylon Orange Pekoe UVA and it was excellent. I ordered in bulk the next time. I received gunpowder tea instead of the Ceylon. Despite sending pictures of the leaf to prove the order was wrong, I have had no reply from the sales department. After sales is poor. I will not order from them again.

Beware!

Beware! Delicious tea, but this company is a disaster. My order was returned to them by Royal Mail (as sown by the tracking and confirmed by Royal Mail), but TheUKLooseLeafTeaCo never answer their phone or my emails, so I never received the tea and cant even get a refund as the postman marked it as 'delivered'.

I bought a Tea pot from them

I bought a Tea pot from them. The lid is not secure on the top. Within 3 days of using the pot, the glass lid fell off and broke. I returned it Recorded Delivery on 16/03/2024. Not had any comunication or a refund from the company

A great selection of herbal teas at…

A great selection of herbal teas at reasonable prices. My order arrived early and I was impressed to see that it was packed with great care and respect and NO plastic. The quality of the tea is great and I needed to use less than I did from a previous supplier so this company is who I shall be using from now on. Very happy! Thank you The Loose Leaf Tea Company.

Great service

Great service! I ordered some tea then realised I can’t drink it while I’m breast feeding. I emailed in and explained and they changed my order to teas I can drink without any issues.

How it should be done...

First time using this business. Very fair prices, swift delivery, excellent careful packaging, beautiful teas. What more could one ask for? This is a fine example of how to run a food and drinks business. Sure, difficulties abound, but have good, motivated staff, choose excellent raw product, input good organisational skills and... care.
