I write a review but the company told me to change it or they would get the legal people involved.
So i order on the 4th of February they took the money and said it on the way but I waited over 2 and and a half weeks for the order but nothing. So sent the message saying I wanted a full refund no answer for 8 hours. So I got a refund from my bank. I would never buy from them again.

Order not received and unexpected charges occurred

The product I ordered did not arrive, and my account was charged month after month without my knowledge of a subscription. The company did not reach out to me about the delivery issue. Thankfully, I used a payment service for a refund. I cannot recommend this service!

Improvement in my dog's paws after a month

After a month of giving my dog the chews, his itchy paws appear to be better. I plan to keep giving them to him and hope that in another month he won't be licking his paws anymore. 🤞🤞🤞

Still waiting for our order!

I'm still waiting for our order to arrive! I placed it on November 7th, and now it's December 26th. That's $100 down the drain. Given the reviews I've seen, I don't think I'll be receiving it. What a letdown.

Still no sign of my order!

I'm still waiting for my order to arrive! I placed it on November 7th, and it's now December 26th. That's $100 wasted. Given the negative reviews, I doubt I'll ever see it. What a disappointment.

Not trustworthy

Not trustworthy. I bought one jar and ended up with a 'subscription' that charged my card. I never knowingly signed up for a subscription. This feels like classic passive fraud.

Terrible experience with this company

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. It’s not as advertised; the products come from overseas. I can't pause or cancel my subscription online. I've tried calling, emailing, and filling out contact forms, even messaging on social media. The only response I got was automated and didn’t address my concerns. After nearly two weeks, I'm still waiting for my order. This company is misleading. Save yourself the hassle and ensure you're buying from a legitimate source.

Avoid this company

I somehow ended up with a subscription from this company that deducted money without sending any items. I had to involve my bank to get a refund. Don't give them your money; your order likely won't arrive. I've seen others asking about their orders on social media, and those comments just get deleted.
