They’ve charged my card even though I don’t remember signing for their service and when I searched the web on how to contact them? There have email address, when I emailed them they told me to log in to my account to cancel the service and they can’t refund me? I went to the account which is linked to my Gmail somehow, no information is listed about me or my name and the card doesn’t match any of my cards, to make sure they won’t charge me anymore I canceled the membership, please be advice, do not deal with them, like I said I don’t recall that I’ve not signed or used their service, yet they charged me $51.00 that they won’t refund it.
I currently use Flights From Home. I decided to give RatePunk a look. The price seemed good (the 70%off). A bit disappointed to be told we only get base service unless we cough up more. I guess we'll see if it is worth the money. But with Flights From Home, our paid membership is the full deal (the free membership is the base plan).
Being a newer member of Rate Punk, I am truly impressed by the app and its services. I am a frequent traveler and one who is always looking for good ticket deals to save money or maximize my trips. So with the AI assistance of this app and all of the analysis and great recommendations, it not only makes my life easier, but it also causes me to maximize my budget whilst also things I wouldn’t normally enjoy without the help of this app. For example, catching cheap business class tickets, or generally getting a better fare class, or finding a better route etc.
With that being said, how could I not be more thankful for this app. I highly recommend it especially if you’re a frequent flyer like myself or even if you just want better value for your money whenever you travel. Thank you Ratepunk for allowing me to be apart of this great platform. I am truly grateful
On my very first day using the app I got frustrated with my experience not being able to use it well, then I sent an email asking for help and I got a reply fast and kind response, clearly written by a person and not an automatic machine, which I appreciated very much and made me give another chance trying to use the app.

I got this ad at Instagram and At first I was not so sure .,then I decided to take the risk only for curiosity and it turned out to be great!! Great deals specily if you’re retired.
As a first-time user, I found the navigation easy. The only feature I'd like to request is the ability to change the currency to CAD, as I am based in Canada and would prefer to see prices in Canadian dollars. Overall, it's a great product. Thank you
Generally easy to use and good prices found! One idea though to improve experience might be to allow when searching a fixed either departure or return and leave the other leg open ended to find the best price with only one date fixed?
WOW, great offers. I just have to wait for my vacation to come and then... find the perfect deal for me... Some offers they do they are so great, I wished to pack my suitcase and up to that offered place...
I've been told that Tuesdays are the best days to buy flight tickets but it hasn't come through for me yet so I've been look out for other options until I came across Ratepunk. It is the real deal, tried it out yesterday and was getting better flight tickets in comparison to the regular flight ticket search websites.
