The outings were enjoyable and the time spent was excellent. However, I was disappointed with the visit to a certain location, as there was little to do and many places were closed. The hotel food was lacking, with no dinner menu and limited coffee options. Breakfast was basic, and the beds were uncomfortable. The coach journey was fine, but the driver played the same holiday songs for hours. There were no charging points available, and I wished the driver had turned on the heating as it was quite cold.
Our day trip was for a specific venue, and everything went smoothly. The coach was on time, very clean, and comfortable. The driver was polite, and it was the nicest coach I've been on. I would definitely recommend and use this service again. Thank you!

The food was cold and inedible, and we spent a freezing night due to a malfunctioning heater. I tried to reach out to the company, but once they received payment, customer service was non-existent. My follow-up emails went unanswered.
I traveled for a four-night break during bad weather, and unfortunately, our trip should have been canceled. This resulted in poor food, extended hours on the coach, and an unpleasant hotel stay. My complaints were ignored by customer service after returning. While trips may go well, be cautious; if issues arise, customer care is lacking.
