They lost a parcel, lied about where it was, what they were doing to help, what they could help me with... and took so long i could no longer make a claim through my apple pay. then, when i started complaining, they started lying about what had been done with NO evidence (eg i had already been compensated by the sender)
Always delayed from original scheduled delivery date. Called and always had to wait a long time going through their stupid voice system before being able to get through to somebody. Hired a lot of Indian operators who can't even capture the tracking number over the phone.
I just did a review for Aus post and I noticed there wasn't a place to leave a review for the driver. I live in a smallish town that has very limited shopping options to say the least. I wanted to give a big shout out to the local contract delivery lad. Whenever I see him around he's always flat out and always kind and courteous. Doing a cracker job lad. Boyne/tannum 4680
I'm located in Perth, WA, and I ordered a bag of protein powder from a seller in Tasmania using express post through the postal service. I placed my order on Wednesday afternoon, January 21, and received it the very next day, Thursday, January 22, around lunchtime. I'm extremely pleased with the service!
If a parcel needs a signature, it seems they might not even have it on hand and just provide a prewritten note for collection. I had two parcels arriving simultaneously; one was placed in the mailbox, while the other was not delivered due to a 'safety hazard.' Despite needing a signature, it was clear they didn't even try to approach the driveway. Very disappointing.
After 9 days, the service has yet to deliver a package just 200km away. It’s hard to believe it would take a human only a day to walk that distance. The company claims a delivery time of 2-4 days but won’t look into delays until 24 days have passed. This is incredibly frustrating and needs serious attention.
Management needs to improve or hand over operations. I purchased a speaker for the holidays and paid for expedited shipping, expecting delivery on Saturday morning. However, around 11:00 AM, I received a message stating the delivery was missed, despite everyone being home and waiting. I checked the cameras, and no one showed up. I had to go to the local pickup office on Monday, wasting 2 hours. This is a poorly run business that clearly doesn’t prioritize customer care, and there’s no one available to assist! Terrible experience.
The tracking and delivery services are extremely lacking. Instead of criticizing other platforms, why not focus on improving your own operations? Items are stuck in processing centers for days instead of being delivered promptly. While it may seem beneficial to raise costs for consumers, timely delivery and an effective tracking system should be prioritized. It's unacceptable for parcels or express items to remain in processing for extended periods.
I understand it's a busy time of year, but I had a package sent from Melbourne on 01/12/2025 to Lightning Ridge NSW 2834. The latest update shows it was scanned in Dubbo on 12/12/2025 at 9:30 PM, and today is already 15/12/2025. Where is my package? I wish there was another postal service with better reviews, as I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone.
