Avoid this service

This service lacks transparency in its dealings. I booked a van on a specific date and paid for it, but when the time came, there was no van in sight. I discovered that the booking time was just a 'preferred time,' and the actual arrival could be an hour later. After waiting and contacting the driver, I learned he was far away. I spoke to a manager who was unhelpful, and after much back and forth, I was promised a refund that I am still waiting for. This experience has been frustrating, and I would advise others to steer clear.
