Review Time
I had followed Henrik Zeberg for several months & finally signed up in late Nov/early Dec 2024. To my surprise some time over late Dec/early Jan , Henrik was no longer presenting now replaced by Aleks & I cannot recall nor find any communication advising subscribers of such change. I have emailed Support at Zeberg Report.com on 9 Jan, 13 Jan, 16 Jan , 28 Jan , 30 Jan & most recently 5 Feb seeking clarification on Henrik status . None of these emails (all sent with a polite & simple request for update/clarification ) have been acknowledged. Was prepared to give them a go but this is as bad a customer service experience in decades ! Am almost thinking I have been scammed by a proxy here & will be cancelling my subscription with the mystery Zeberg Report . Very disappointing !
I subscribed to this service. The service owner made extremely bold claims all year, with very specific dates and numbers. He has been claiming for months that we are going to have a blow off top around the end of the year/start of Jan. At the time of writing this review, we are now told that the guy offering the service (its called his name) is now leaving, we are like 5- 6 weeks out. This was a poor experience for me.
