Only gave 1 star because you can not leave none I ordered 2 jars of cream £27.97 free delivery over £27.00 I paid with PayPal When I got email confirming order th y had added another 6 jars of cream & a tube of another cream They took 2 payments 1 £33.56 & 1 £53.86 Contacted them the next day about It Told them to cancel order was told the could not cancel as was already with courier Yodel couriers supposedly delivered package but left it in my front garden so anyone could just take It was not anywhere to be seen Because delivered to the correct address no they are not interested and won't except I never received Yodel have same attitude Contacted PayPal with 2 different types of claim for refund PayPal has refused my claims & took the side of Thiccfitts Limited PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS I HAVE LOST LOADS OF MONEY AND RECEIVED NOTHING AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Bought one item using PayPal. Agreed to pay on PP. Returned to seller web page which had a “complete purchase” button presented 3 times before confirming purchase. Guess what?.. I have apparently bought 3 more items: Not approved in PayPal so not sure how they did this - but have advised PP and hope to get my money back. From other reviews guess what I may or may not receive will be tat. Next time will use Trustpilot first.
If I could give no stars I would terrible company rubbish items Also when ordering I somehow managed to duplicate my order plus order shampoo!?? I didn't order these i was charged almost £70 when I finally received my order (It took 6 wks to come the packaging was torn and the boxes bashed )I tried Invane to stop the order but was told it had already been processed quite literally 10 mins after I had ordered it I eventually went through PayPal who did listen and I was eventually refunded They wouldn't take the items back so im left with 2 hair straightner combs and shampoo Needless to say the comb is rubbish ... 😑
I’ve placed 3 orders with THICCFITTS prior to Xmas. 1 parcel arrived which I had to pay £5 extra postage for as the sender didn’t pay enough. The 2nd parcel cost me £8.50 extra postage & has never arrived & can’t be found by Royal Mail. The 3rd parcel still hasn’t arrived a month later.
Ordered one item, paid thru PayPal, when I checked my account there were 3 of the same item on it therefore I was charged for a further two items, money taken from PayPal again. I have received 2 items a refund for 1 item but still out of pocket for the 2 items I didn’t order or authorise payment for. Furthermore the two items are useless as they do not comply with our electrics.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANISATION LURED IN THINKING THEY ARE GENUINE BUT BEWARE.
I rate this company as 0. They will not return your money even though they accept a cancellation. They will send the cancelled order, they will NOT give you a return address. Unknowing to you there is some-where - where you click on that allows subscription to be added. (I don’t know where so I can’t help you there). I thankfully used PayPal who are aware of this - I have contacted some banks to be aware of this company . Do not purchase off this company
I ordered x2 bottles of concentrated mullein for £26. Before I could checkout, a 'special offer' appeared. I tried to ignore it and proceed to pay but, to get there, must've pressed a button whereby a second order was placed. Suddenly, another amount for nearly £40 had been added, and postage and other charges had been added the original order amount. I asked PayPal to cancel the second charge, and got an email confirming they had, but the amount was nevertheless deducted. Apparently all that had been cancelled was a 'recurring payment' Had I inadvertently 'subscribed'? The goods which finally arrived included the 2 bottles ordered, plus 2 tiny boxes containing goodness knows what. This company is a scam.

Unfortunately I didn't do my research as normal, and when my wife asked me to purchase some cream online I went ahead without checking this company out immediately. Big mistake, I tried to cancel the order as soon as I found out the dubious nature of this outfit, but heard nothing when I e-mailed them. I received the "cream" that cost £27.55 and thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt. Surprise, surprise it had no effect so I tried to return it but heard nothing again from Thiccfittslimited. So turned to PayPal for assistance, they were just as bad. They didn't read any of the information i provided and found in favour of this Scam company. So in future I will steer clear of PayPal and do my research !!
