The company flat out lied about the loan until it was too late. I asked them for the "total all-in" price for the loan, and the salesman excluded their fee as this was "outside the loan", not what "total" means! I paid for the fee, thinking it was the fee that is added to the loan, but when they sent me the terms and conditions it was something else and the fee was "non refundable"! Absolutely devious behaviour, they knew what they were doing where they send you the terms after the non refundable fee. I went ahead with the loan as i don’t have time to wait forever for them to decide by internal investigation that they "did nothing wrong". Will just have to suck it up and loose the money, as you have to acknowledge when you have been SCAMMED!!!
