Since we started our e-commerce business, we have switched between half a dozen different accounting service providers. The Ecombalance team has been on it since day one. They're super responsive and actually know what they are doing. They've always delivered the books on time. It's challenging to find bookkeepers that actually do what they will. On top of that, they've spent the time to make sure our reporting is more clear than ever.
I was tired of using Excel for all my bookkeeping but wasn't comfortable with Quickbooks and keeping track of transactions across multiple marketplaces. I tried an automated online service but it didn't solve the issue of having a human eye check it. Valerie was on top of things and followed through to make sure she had the info needed. Onboarding was simple and they did my catchup work to have the books current. All I had to do at least for my business was provide end of month statements and at times look at a list of transactions they were not sure of how to categorize. My only reason for leaving is I am winding down my store. If I start a new one in the future I would go back and consider them essential.
