After many years of loyal service with them, They are now the worst bank account on earth. First, back at the end of April 2025, just before the first bank holiday weekend in May . I was scammed for nearly £2000, they wouldn't reimburse me. Then the week before Christmas, I went to withdraw £250 from the cashpoint, no money came out of the machine but did leave my account. I have had to wait 6 weeks for a resolution to be told im not getting the money back. I used to think this was the best bank for me due to ongoing financial problems, when I opened the account, but now, because I have lost so much money, I am back to square one and in debt, despite having cleared all this many years ago.....banks are supposed to help, this one doesn't 🤬🤬
Never use this banking app as a first time customer I tried to transfer money to another bank account they took far to long to transfer it and I was hit with late payment charges think money are useless as far as I'm concerned hence the one star rating if there had been a zero star they would have got that and there customer service agent was useless at helping the situation
I recieved an email telling me that cardonemoney has switched to thinkmoney so i need to apply for a card when i applied a day or two later i recieve this card i then went online to activate the card but it says wrong number even tho i am following the steps this has become fustratiing that i cant access my account or anything i dont recommend this anyone as it more looks like we been taken for a fool bu them i have started to warn people on social media about it
The financial advisor was extremely aggressive and verbally attacked me, showing a lack of politeness. He claimed he couldn't understand me, and despite my repeated requests for assistance or to find someone else who could help, he remained unhelpful. I had a very negative experience and believe he needs additional training on how to interact with individuals with disabilities, anxiety, and communication difficulties. Because of this, I will not recommend this service to my friends or family.
The staff is always eager to help and provide a warm service. I never have to stress about my bills being settled. Occasionally, they do cause a bit of concern when they mistakenly block my account, but they always offer an apology.
This has been a terrible experience! After making two transfers, they're holding £4800 without any updates for five days. All I hear is 'wait, wait, wait.' What does that mean? They won't let me contact the bank directly, and their service is terrible. I just want my money back!
