When my watch arrived it was even better looking than it was on-line. When I e-mailed the customer service contact requesting additional information on how to set some of the options they responded quickly and with an effective explanation how to do it.
The watch came in good time and looks the bees knees the only setback was there was no instructions, i have worked most of it but the last bit (.bottom.left hand sid has me a little puzzled. Otherwise a lovely bit of work.Craig Stevens.
It seemed like it would never get here. I received my watch Wednesday. It was almost set on the day, so I made sure. It’s my favorite color, blue. Tried it on and I love it. Thank you for making sure that it worked. It is the best watch I have ever owned. Will wear it a lot, just to show it off.
Thompson Watches is the biggest scam on the Internet right now. You have an old guy that says, “Well I’m done. 40 years in business, no more… 80% off my watches”. I ordered one of the $59 models. It was a moon phase watch the moon phase was painted on. These are terrible, terrible watches and certainly NOT made in America. I decided I would take advantage of the return policy. They tried to say they would give me 30% off and “you just keep the watch”. It’s about an eight dollar watch to begin with, so 30% off of $60 is basically $20.00 off they’re still making a great profit at your expense. Run from this company as fast as you can. It’s a complete and utter fraud. Then they said, “If you want to return it, you’ll pay for the shipping and it’ll be sent back to China”. This is not an American company it’s all AI generated advertising to take advantage of the American, once again. The cost to return the watch back to China was so out of range financially, it made no sense to return the watch. Stay away from this company. It’s a fraud. A. Complete. Fraud. By the way, look closely at the watches. None of them say Thompson Watches or Thompson Watch Company on the dial. They’re all Chinese made garbage. They need to be reported to the US government as completely fraudulent. One last time, stay as far away from this mess as you can.
