I never received the product I purchased. I’ve called numerous times, but keep getting the run around. I have never once received a confirmation email, or any kind of communication from them. I’ve asked about the lack of communication and they say that’s not their protocol. Their business practices are unethical. I’m out the money. Don’t purchase from them. It’s a scam!
Absolutely not impressed!!! I had a discount code for $120 off they would not honor it and took their sweet time getting back to me. You can’t call anyone to speak to them . They take forever to respond. They charged my CC immediately and will it refund the money. When I received my medication that was supposed to be refrigerated. There was a delay in transport and the medication was no longer refrigerated. I reached out to them again no response no concern. They are delivering medications to people that can harm them and not even responding in a timely fashion. Huge rip off definitely don’t recommend stay away from this company.
At this moment my rating is low. I received a fast approval, confirmation and tracking.
1st tracking number said my order was deliver to PA in the TX.
2nd tracking deliver today with only one vial for one week.
3rd tracking received today says a label has been created.
Im confused at this rate and waiting on answers.

I signed up for this "service" I had zero weight loss on their compounded tirezeptide. I received a message stating the Doctor was going to increase my dosage.
The charge went from 253.00 to 399.00 - no warning,
I have attempted to reach anyone in Customer Service. No one will return my calls and I have had zero response from the portal messenger.
I've had an bad experience with this company every since I started. I been trying to get my med for three weeks now and I just keep getting the run around. Back in October and November they took money out of my account and didn't send me the medicine so December and January I received the medicine and didn't have to send money in,my next payment due date was February 7th but they didn't take it out and I still don't have any medicine so I guess my next step is to contact an attorney.

I applied for weightloss compound from trimrx around 1/1/2026 or thereabout.
They communicated with me through their app, to list the prescriptions I'm currently taking. I listed all the prescriptions. They denied me their compound medication because they said I'm on glipizide. I told them I can stop taking glipizide to qualify. They said I need a note from my doctor saying I am no longer on glipizide. If not I am denied. I could not obtain a note from the doctor. Trimrx billed $1679.40 to affirm which was my credit account without sending me any medication. Medication was for a 6 months supply. They have refused to refund the $1679.40. I opened a dispute with affirm but affirm closed the case because trimrx said i did not provide note from my doctor. This is fraud and scam. I have been trying to contact trimrx. They are not responding to messages. They are not picking calls. Also, they deleted all my old messages with them on their website. Thank God i have all communicatio s with them saved. I am reporting them because I need my money refunded back to me. They took money for 6 months supply and yet they denied me and closed my account with them. They are scammers
I ordered on Jan 09,2026. I cancelled the order that same day. Nothing was processed and nothing was even shipped to me. I paid with Affirm. $700. You have not refunded Affirm. And customer service told me that I owe 300 processing fee. Nothing was processed. I literally cancelled 30 min. After placing the order. Now I have to pay Affirm for a product I dont have. This has left me very stressed. I want a full refund payed to Affirm please!
Still no answer. After they care sooo much about you. This company is a scam, do not trust them at all. They just want your money. I sent the email cancellation and you better cancel my order today. Will contact my cc company as well. This company needs to be reported and shut down!
Everything was great UNTIL I paid. Quick communication, answered questions, etc., and then I paid for a full year. Now? Silence. NO response to email or messages in the patient portal. No one answers the customer service phone line. Worse, NO SHIPMENT of product.
Zero communication, order the pills and receive the shot.
