They don’t even deserve 1 star! This place is a scam! Do not order from there. I ordered a ring for my daughter as a Christmas present back in November. It’s February 5 and still no ring! I emailed 3x. First they told oh the mailing process is taking longer than usual and if it’s not here in 3-4 days email them back. So I did! Then they apologized and said they are sending another ring out and will now also send a surprise piece with it. Never got it. (Shocker right🙄). I email again that I never received the 2nd ring they mailed out! Never got a reply back! This place steals your money and has zero intentions of sending you anything. I was scammed. Do not buy anything from this place! It will never make it to you and you will not get a refund!

I order my wife a charm bracelet the pooh bear box ket. They gave me a update on a ring I didn't order it. The order start at December 19 no update. I'm tell you don't order from them I really want a refund I keep asking for a refund no answer. Phone number don't work. They will email you the wrong tracking number.
I don’t recommend buying from here.I will try contacting them but i received one email so far that was on 12/25/25 still no update. I checked the other reviews and they’re having the same issue . DONT SHOP HERE I will contact them but my mom’s a lawyer and it might get legal if I don’t get any updates. I will update y’all if they say or do anything.Its a Shopify Dropshipping scam and again no updates. JAIL 🥰 Update:They’ve Emailed me and said they’ll give me a refund and the package if I moderate or delete this review. I will choose to moderate it and wait on more updates from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF ITS A GIFT, THEY ARE NOT HONEST ABOUT THE DELIVERY, THEY AREVHARD TO REACH.Bejoyas customer service reached out to me after my initial review regarding my order placed on December 19th for a Pandora bracelet. My initial review was in response to reaching out to the company and not receiving customer service updates. After the review was published they reached out offering an explanation with issues regarding the shipment due to customs. They apologized and stated they would issue a refund and product free of charge. If this doesn't happen I will update the review. I give three stars based upon them trying to correct the issue.
I ordered a ring for my girlfriend form this website on November 29th, I received an email on December first saying it was shipped with no real confirmation of the date that it would arrive. I emailed them on the 19th and they have not responded. I see that this is a re-occurring issue for this company and i don’t recommend purchasing from them.
I’ve ordered a ring on Dec 19, 2025 and I have yet to receive my item. I’d like to get a refund. I’ve already emailed them and no response was given. How do you guys get in contact with them and end up getting a reply. I tried to dispute with my bank and they won’t let me.
Attention..... I purchased a ring back in December around the 19th. I never received the ring. They did not reply to my emails until I made a bad review. All the promises seemed to have been broken. WELL TODAY I RECEIVED MY ITEM IN THE MAIL. IT WAS POST DATED 1/16/26. SO THEY DID NOT LIE THEY MAILED IT AND IT WAS LOST IN THE MAIL. GIVE THEM SOME TIME AND EXPECT DELAYS WITH SHIPMENT. I DELETED MY PREVIOUS REVIEW DUE TO THE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM I PURCHASED. I only gave 3 stars because commucation could have been better and proactive.
Ordered a pandora game of thrones through them on 11/28. Never got tracking info. Sent two emails (I even translated one into spanish) and never got a reply. It is now 01/09/2026 and it still says my order has been completed and fufilled with no tracking updates and there has been no communication about getting my order or offering a refund.
