The boots took forever to arrive...

The boots took a long time to arrive and are impossible to wear, even after ordering a larger size. It's also difficult to find a way to return them for a refund. I'll be checking reviews before ordering from any new company again.

Terrible experience...

Awful customer service. I bought shoes that were delivered in the wrong size and damaged. After multiple complaints, I received no response. The return cost was £22, while the shoes cost £17. I managed to get a refund through my card provider.

Non-existent customer service...
