I placed an order on December 18, 2025, and received one item on December 26, 2025. I contacted the service on January 3, 2026, to ask about the other item I ordered and received a response saying, "it’s still marked as unfulfilled, so there’s no shipping update on it. I’m routing this over to our team right now so they can investigate the delay and ensure you receive your mascara as soon as possible. They’ll follow up with you directly via email with the next steps or updated tracking information." I still haven't heard anything. I will not be ordering from this service again.
I absolutely love these mascaras and even buy them for my daughters. They last all day and remove easily with just warm water. I never have any residue in the corners of my eyes, nor do I get raccoon eyes. Plus, the customer service has been fantastic! My son, who has autism, got into my newly purchased mascara and damaged the wand. When I inquired about replacements, they said they don’t provide those, but they replaced the entire mascara for free! I'm truly a satisfied customer!
