I've been a dedicated user of another brand and needed new cosmetics. I kept seeing this brand online, read numerous positive reviews, and liked their commitment to women and natural products. I decided to take the plunge and am so glad I did. So far, I’ve been pleased with every product I’ve purchased. I’m waiting for a specific corrector to restock. After a long time without makeup due to personal challenges, I'm enjoying the process again! Thank you for helping me rediscover my confidence, especially with my eyes. For the first time, my dark circles are truly concealed. Excited about this new journey! My husband appreciates it too. :)
I have been waiting to find out when one of their holiday lip colors would be back in stock, only to learn that it’s already discontinued. This was going to be my first purchase with them, as I’ve heard great things, but learning it’s discontinued is disheartening. I requested to be notified when the color was available again, but received no notification about its discontinuation.
The online support was incredibly helpful! I hadn’t tried this brand before but had heard good things. It’s tough to choose colors online without trying them, but the online agent was excellent and provided me with multiple options that could work well together.
