I engaged the service in July 2025 for our business. Initially, communication seemed promising, but after six months of stagnation, we're still stuck at ranking 15/16. We scheduled a meeting, but the representative canceled just 30 minutes prior, citing a funeral. After rescheduling for two days later, he blamed our website for the lack of progress. I pointed out that our previous SEO had achieved a #4 ranking in six months, but he had no response. He suggested using a different platform for better results. If they were unable to manage our website from the start, why wasn’t this communicated earlier? They took my money and claimed to have emailed us about issues in October, but the email only mentioned problems with header tags. Are we really expected to believe that header tags alone are the reason for our poor ranking? No substantial SEO work appears to have been done. I would not recommend this service.
