I have been working at Xcentric Services as a MERN Stack Developer for the past 3 months, and my experience has been truly excellent. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by the team. The work environment is professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented. I’ve had the opportunity to enhance my skills in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js while working on real-world projects that challenged me and helped me grow as a developer. A special thanks to my Team Lead, Mamoon Bhai, who has been incredibly cooperative, supportive, and always willing to guide me whenever I needed help. His leadership style encourages learning and teamwork. I would also like to appreciate our CSO, Sir Ehsan Zaidi, who is very approachable, humble, and supportive. It’s inspiring to work in an organization where leadership is so accessible and encouraging. Overall, my journey at Xcentric Services has been a great learning experience, and I look forward to continuing my professional growth here. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive environment to build their career in software development.
I’ve been working at Xcentric Services as a Full Stack Developer for the last three months. When I got the offer, I was really happy. Later, I saw some mixed reviews from ex-employees, which made me a bit worried. Instead of judging from reviews, I went to the office and talked to HR about my concerns. HR was very polite, listened to me, and cleared everything properly. That helped me feel confident about joining. Now when I look back, my time here has been short but good. I’m happy I made this decision and I’ve had a positive experience so far. The overall company environment is very nice. I also want to mention my Team Lead, Mamoon Bhai. He is very humble, supportive, and easy to work with one of the best team leads I’ve had. CSO Sir Ehsan Zaidi is also very nice and approachable.Thanks to HR Ma’am and my team lead for their support.
I have been working at Xcentric services as a React Native developer for the past 6 months. It has been an enriching experience so far. The technical team is supportive, and the project are challenging enough to keep you on your toes. I had a chance to work on modern architecture and improve my problem solving skills. Highly recommended for developers looking for a fast paced and growth oriented environment.
Extremely poor interview experience. I was kept waiting without any explanation, no greeting, no water, and no sign of professionalism. The attitude of the interviewers was dismissive and disrespectful, making the whole process feel more like humiliation than evaluation. They clearly have no regard for candidates' time or basic decency. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a respectful and serious workplace.
I had an extremely unethical and disappointing experience at Xcentric Services (. I joined as an SEO Manager on December 16, 2024, with a salary of PKR 60,000 plus KPIs (PKR 38,000 per month). However, after two months of dedicated work and delivering results, the company refused to pay my KPIs, amounting to PKR 76,000.Every time I asked about my payments, they gave false excuses that my KPIs were "under review." Finally, when my probation period was about to end, Muhammad Kazmi (Team Lead of Marketing) and HR called me, outright rejected my KPIs, and insulted me by offering a shameful PKR 30,000 salary instead! This was nothing short of blackmail, forcing me to either accept their humiliating offer or resign.So, I resigned, and even then, my remaining salary was withheld. After continuous follow-ups, I was only paid in small installments (30,000 PKR each time) after repeated requests to Sir Ehsan and HR, yet they kept breaking promises about the full payment. I waited for my remaining salary, even after they assured me I would be paid by February 20, then March 12, all lies, and finally between March 15-20.🚨 Warning to Job Seekers: This company has a history of exploiting employees in this position! The two SEO Managers before me faced the same injustice: denied KPIs, insulted, and forced to leave. They hire skilled employees, make false promises about KPIs, use them for work, and then refuse to pay what they owe.📢 If you value your time, skills, and self-respect, stay far away from this company! Their work culture is based on false promises, salary delays, and humiliation. If they cannot afford to pay employees, they should stop hiring and scamming hardworking professionals.
