Not transparent withKYC requirements. They lock your funds and require tons of data to use funds or withdraw. Feels like a scam or at least website that just uses your funds while they are locked. Do not recommend! Hoping they unlock my account and allow me to withdraw and close
I deposited $1100 in my thunderpick account and this is my first time using Thunderpick. As soon as I win money and withdrawal a portion of my winnings my accounts gets suspended. They are now asking for all of this documentation. I have sent over all the info to them through email. I will do an update once I figure out what’s going on with my account. Very strange how these companies don’t just ask for these documents before hand and wait till you want to withdraw money.
