Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been gambling online for over 12 years with many different sportsbooks and this is one of the worst platforms I’ve ever used. Customer service is useless. Every time you contact them you just get the same copy-paste emails and no real answers. The KYC process takes forever and nobody seems to actually look at your documents.
I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for my crypto withdrawal and still nothing. No updates.
Be very careful with this site. If you value your money, take it to a reliable sportsbook instead of this one.
They will not accept your id and steal your money. Do not give them your business. They have told me they will seize my money after submitting my id multiple times. If I could write more bad things I would terrible service scam business. They should be in jail
I placed a bet on multiple games to win, I won 1 and wanted to cash out. I was trying but it was not confirming the win even after 15 minutes has gone by. Since it was not confirming my win it was not letting me cash out since the match was on going, even after the next match started with 1 of the same players as the first game.
They delay the win as long as they can so the next match can start and you are not able to do anything about it. I took a screenshot of this and support told me im on my own. After the second game with the same player from the first game was concluded the first game was still pending but go figure 5 seconds after I lose the second bet it get's instantly concluded.
I heard a lot of shady stuff from people on reddit and gave this site a shot either way, I personally deposited thousands of dollars and decided to give this site a shot anyways, I will never use this site again after they refuse to pay out my win.
I had a very negative experience with Thunderpick.
I deposited and used the platform normally. When I requested a withdrawal of around $1,000, my withdrawal was blocked and I was required to complete KYC verification. I submitted all requested documents multiple times. My identity was approved, and shortly after that, my account was permanently closed and my entire balance was confiscated.
Thunderpick claims this was due to a “violation of the Terms of Service,” but no specific rule, action, date, or evidence was ever provided.
In live chat, Thunderpick explicitly stated that they do not provide details of their internal investigation and only refer users to generic ToS clauses. The decision was described as final, with no transparency and no opportunity to respond.
This creates a serious concern that KYC is being used as a mechanism to block withdrawals once balances become significant. Prior to requesting the withdrawal, my account functioned normally.
⚠️ Warning to other users: if you accumulate a meaningful balance, there is a real risk your withdrawal may be blocked and your funds confiscated without a clear explanation.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this platform.
Update: I submitted a formal complaint by email requesting escalation to a supervisor, as required by Thunderpick’s own dispute procedure. The response again cited only generic clauses (5.1 and 15.1), provided no evidence or explanation, and ignored the escalation request.
