The booking process went well and it was easy. My complaint is about the actual doctor visit. His bedside manner was terrible. He was very rief and was cutting me off. The appointment lasted the whole 30 seconds probably. I understand it's online appointment, but it should still be atleast 5 min. The full fee is paid by OHIP, this isn't a charity exchange.
