I spend a great deal of time on my computer, and I noticed lately how tired my eyes were becoming.A very trusted friend of mine (a pharmacist) recommended I get a pair of Blue light blocking glasses. She said it makes a world of difference. She had a pair of “Swannies” and said they were the best. Because I research everything on my own, I did my research and found out she is right! There was another brand in the running, so my final choice was made on customer service.I sent an e-mail to Swanwick and was immediately answered by Michaella Occena, aka “Mika”. From the get-go, I have NEVER IN MY LIFE received better customer service. E-mail after e-mail, with question after question, Mika was always there. Her support and concern was absolutely genuine, whether it was color, sizing, fit-overs, main function—she knows her product better than most people ever will—and she took the time and effort to answer every question and concern, until I felt completely confident that I was making the right purchase. At times, her concern for my eye health perhaps exceeded mine. SHE ABSOLUTELY CARES. I cannot stress enough how much that meant.So I got my glasses and they are everything I hoped for, and then some. My eyes no longer feel tired (or ache) and as a bonus, my sleep has also improved from the elimination of those harmful blue lights of electronic devices (and it comes from all of them—desktop/laptop/tablet/cell phone/television).Thank you, Swanick, and THANK YOU MIKA! You have my 100% loyalty to your wonderful product. I can’t thank you enough!
The Day Swanies are great. My eye strain and dry eyes are no longer an issue working on the computer all day.I also did an exchange for the night Swanies for a lower strength reader. The whole experience was good with Mika, very accommodating and understanding of the issue.
I got the clear lens ones, and I’m genuinely impressed. I spend a lot of time on screens for work and my head and eyes hurt less. Wearing these have been a game changer because I feel less fatigue from sitting at my computer all day.
My husband has daytime prescription Swannies. He only had them a few months and one of the arms on the glasses became loose and unable to be repaired. I reached out to Swanwick and my concern was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. They replaced the glasses at no charge! Michaella, the customer service rep., was polite, helpful and efficient! We were very pleased with the speed, ease and resolution of this issue. Thank you Swanwick for a great product as well as superb customer care.
