Very bad company charge u more than they say struggle to get your overcharged money back £3.99 postage but charge you £7.99 be careful with this company ripping people off
I bought 5 pairs of slippers on TikTok shop from Shushubliss. My order came with only two pairs in two boxes. I sent the evidence which they also had from the delivery company. Shushubliss has totally ignored all my messages. TikTok shop has asked for a video of me opening the parcel before they would refund the three missing pairs. I had no idea I would not receive the other slippers. I was totally scammed even though I have a ringbell video of the delivery with that one small parcel. I will not be shopping on TikTok shop again.
SCAM !!! Do not shop at the TikTok shop EVER !! I placed an order … and when you order you have no idea what company or where it’s coming from . My order came from China . When I opened the package it was makeup foundation …. Not anything remotely close to what I ordered !! They said too bad it was close enough . I appealed and sent pics of the actual box , package and items I received . An hour later they replied and said you’re not getting your money back . Scam artists !! Scam artists !! Do not risk losing your money
