SCAMMED ME! My item was never delivered. They admit it was delivered somewhere else. I asked about 20 times for refund but they ignore all my emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
They are still ignoring all my emails since I asked for a refund. They told me the tracking is not reliable but yet they then rely on it. They admit my order was delivered to a wrong address and not my address but will not refund me despite many emails which they just ignore. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL NOT REAOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS
Just received delivery of this LuxeBiking Hamburg Bike Lock. I'm not sure what makes this the "Hamburg" lock as it is a Chinese knock-off brand with West Biking written on it that can be purchased through Ali Express for a fraction of the cost. I feel this is misleading advertising and that I've been ripped off. Disappointed

They have a terrible return policy. Do not buy from them on-line. Go to a store, try things on, if they don't fit don't buy it. If something doesn't fit when it finally arrives two weeks after you order from this company, they will not allow you to return it.
Ordered two(2) Zynon head lights a couple of years ago. Recently one of them does not recharge any more. Sounds like a manufacturing defect either in the batteries or the charging electronics. I am very disappointed that the reliability is not good. I did contact the supplier (LuxBiking directly) and they were polite and said they could do nothing. I asked if I could examine the insides and did they have a schematic or anything to assist - no response, which is normal.I did open up the rear cover and could only removed the batteries (four) by ripping out and pulling of the three leads. Needless to say nothing is repairable. The other light appears to be working very well.
Received product quickly and prompt service from Nick. After a month or so, the stitching on one of the gloves opened up, advised Nick by email, received prompt and helpful responses from Nick, faulty gloves were replaced promptly and arrived within a week.The overall customer service was brilliant, and very happy with the product.Would recommend Luxebiking.
These days when customer service can be lacking I was so impressed with Nick and the team at Luxebiking. I had some delivery issues ( my fault !!) and they still graciously sent me a replacement set of gloves ! I highly recommend them and really appreciate them. Keep on biking !!
