I dont even want to give it 1 star. Won £350 and withdrew on the 13th oct. Still not received it keep coming up with predicted text on live chat. Sent over 50 emails and not 1 reply. Sent my bank statement to prove I havent had it. And yet same crap off them. Gave me a dodgy ARN that my bank can't trace. It's under review they keep saying and you will be notified by email. Even threatened them with action fraud and still nothing

Not only is this insulting, but Tikitaka was illegally operating in the Netherlands at the time, with no license from the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) which makes their position even more questionable.The matter is now in the hands of my legal counsel. Media exposure and legal escalation are underway. Meanwhile, Tikitaka continues to act as if nothing is happening but that silence will cost them far more than they expect.Warning: Stay far away from this casino. Tikitaka is a legit casino with fair games, and withdrawals do get processed, even though they longer than expected. The platform itself could maybe be reworked a little bit... some links don`t work properly, and it lags occasionally, especially on mobile. Still, a decent place overall, tho...
