Avoid This Service

This is my second review. I’m still being ignored despite providing bank statements to show I haven't been paid. They claim to have paid me last month, but that’s not true. I've asked which bank they use, but they avoid giving me any information. If they’ve made the payment, I don’t understand why they won’t share the bank details.

Account Closed After Withdrawal Request

I’m sharing my experience with a serious issue involving a $15,000 withdrawal. I deposited $4,000 and followed all the rules. After increasing my balance to $15,000, I submitted a withdrawal request. They state withdrawals are processed in 3 business days, but that time passed with no update. After following up, my account was deactivated without warning. I can't log in or access my funds, and support has stopped responding.

The customer service was outstanding. I encountered an issue with a delayed withdrawal, reached out, and they resolved it. The next day, the funds appeared in my account. I can't fault the support team; they did their job well.

Cheats scammers will use fake addresses…

Cheats scammers will use fake addresses or compenys to obtain deposits from your bank . Even charge a fee . Then they even charge a larger fee for a withdrawal very poor casino They wiil even temp you with deposit match bonuses there's no point impossible to win and if you have that deposit bonus waiting to be activated you honestly have no chance of winning.. Please steer clear of this casino... And watch you banking as many times they have tried taking deposits under different compeny names.. One of the names have pizza in the company of gardening centers they are scummy thieves

Wouldn't even give it 1 star wish I had listened to all the reviews before hand, now waiting 5 days for a £500 withdrawal and keep getting the same robotic statements on the robotic live chat payment in process, delay in the withdrawal department will put in a request to payment department. Then cut u off when you ask why there is a delay and how long honestly you would be better off just throwing your money away. I have won £800 and they keep saying my bank keeps refusing payment, i have a santander and monzo accounts so I tried both banks to make the request off my withdrawal, and off course the money was returned to my casino account. So I rang both banks and they both said no payment has been tried to be made. So tikitaka have lied this has been going on for 2 weeks now. Am going to give them one last chance before I report them ive never had a problem before. Tried emailing them with no luck and tried talking to customer services its like banging my head on a brick wall. Stay well clear off this site they are scamers. Update. Payment cancelled yet again. 30.10.3025 Tikitaka ive tried to reach out to you its like banging my head against a brick wall. 4 email,s and customer services are useless Warning never use this site am still waiting for my money my withdrawal was cancelled yet again a month and still no money Update ive just received my winnings please still avoid this site its dreadful, ive sent a email for them to close my account. I’ve withdrawn on here before many times sometimes it’s in within 5 days but then other times it’s been weeks like now I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my own money it’s beyond a joke, then you give me the same old speech saying sorry to hear this,it’s bad bad business I want my money asap it’s getting ridiculous now.

Well… how should I start … all good till you’re getting to so called “Level 5” VIP … and then Kiki your personal manager comes in! No more withdrawal possible under stupid reason like “ your bank doesn’t accept the transaction “ after comes the support with the suggestion that you should go for bank transfer which by the way will be again “cancelled “ under same circumstances! Then comes again Kiki with 10 stupid apologies that she is somehow very busy and didn’t have time to respond but us a good will will found you with few hundreds in your account which you’re needed to wager at least 5 times … then if you somehow manage to pass the required wager you’ll never can withdraw the money under the reason that your bank doesn’t accept it … So if you want to play find another casino because this is pure SCAM!!!Dan And if you’re not agreeing with me call me KIKI !!!!
