The whole business of choosing a new door for an old house is not easy but Timber Windows were there all the way to help with suggestions and thoughts. The final product is excellent both in quality and appearance. Not cheap but worth it in the long run to have a company who take care of you, even after the last payment has been made.
Delighted with our new door. The staff at the Saffron Walden showroom are excellent. Knowledgeable, patient when you ask lots of questions and know exactly what style of door and colour will suit your property. I rarely give 5 stars but this company's customer service, design and workmanship is superb. I particularly liked the fact that they have showrooms so that you can see their marvellous range.

The Operations Manager was extremely helpful (and patient), The Owner was very accommodating and the fitters Steve and Paul were brilliant! Very polite, and considerate fitters with fantastic attention to detail -I cant recommend them all highly enough. Thank you !!!
