I was kept informed of progress with my order with clear emails.The window is well made and the finished sash window looks very good. The fitters were thoughtful, extremely competent and left everything clean and tidy.
We had been searching for a reputable (but not extortionate) company to install a new front door (plus side panels and glass) in our victorian terrace for years when my husband stumbled across one of timber windows essex's showrooms.Our experience was excellent from start to finish, the post sales team took time to ensure everything was correct and the installation team were first rate. Brilliant service from start to finish. I went into the showroom and met Sophie who was able to talk me expertly through the colours and finishes making it all so easy. On installation, Glyn and Tony were faultless - quick, efficient and tidy. They talked me through the process, installed the new doors and got the old ones cleared all within the day. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.
Excellent service from start to finish. They really listened to our wishes, helped us tweak the final designs a few times, and were really accommodating with making sure the installation date worked for us. We had a few quotes from other companies but were most impressed with Timber Window’s communication, window quality, and guarantee. The window installers were very professional and efficient and we are absolutely thrilled with our new windows. Would highly recommend, and would definitely use again!
