I don’t usually write reviews but felt that I should to describe my recent experience with Timber Windows Essex. If you are thinking of ordering new windows or doors with Timber Windows Essex, I would highly recommend that you do! I ordered a new front door with Timber Windows. Although they were not the cheapest, the saying ‘you get what you pay for’ is really true in this case. The sales process itself was really smooth and the quality of their products was really good, which you can argue is what you would expect with a premium product.However where they have excelled is in the after sales process. Tim and Yvonne from the operation and project team are fantastic and are a credit to the company. I have unfortunately experienced other highly reputable trades companies who provide a great sales experience to secure your order, but then they sadly seem to lose interest after you have paid your deposit. With Timber Windows Essex it was refreshingly the opposite. The after sales process was better than the sales process (which by the way was also good). Yvonne and Tim truly go above and beyond with their customer service. You can tell that they really care about their customers and take satisfaction in providing the best experience to their customers.Also, I have to mention the installation team. The installers (and surveyor) were all professional, smart and take great pride in their work. It is not like other companies who just seem to sub contract out the installation work, which can often be disappointing. I highly recommend Timber Windows Essex, and would certainly look to use them again in the future. Keep up the good work!!!
A refreshingly good company to deal with. From my initial visit to the Saffron Walden showroom to the installation team’s efficiency and excellent timekeeping everything ran smoothly with good communication and response to my queries etc. Products are very good too!
The engineered wood was the clincher for us. We really wanted replacement timber windows in our weatherboarded cottage without the warping. We are so pleased with the results. The new front door and windows have transformed our cottage. The fitters were excellent. We would definitely recommend.
