The service is quite misleading. After committing to a discounted rate, I was charged extra, which feels dishonest and unethical. Once payment was made, customer support was inadequate—only delayed email replies, no direct contact, and no accountability. The grouping of users is disappointing. There is no consideration for age or compatibility, making the whole experience awkward and pointless. Individuals from vastly different age groups and mindsets are randomly combined without any logic. Overall, it seems poorly organized, badly managed, and not worth the expense at all. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone seeking a meaningful or comfortable social interaction.

Arrived to No One

Unfortunately, I arrived at the venue at 7 PM, and although the bar wasn't busy, there were no marked tables. I asked three staff members about table 1, but when I went to that table, it was reserved for an office party. The usual organization was clearly missing this time. I had no way to communicate with my group, and I was left confused about who was there. After waiting for 40 minutes, I decided to leave.

I appreciate what the app aims to achieve, and I've heard positive feedback from friends who travel. However, in my area, it doesn't seem to be as effective. I hope to use it when I relocate or travel, but currently, there are issues such as people not showing up or arriving late, showing more interest in post-dinner activities than participating. It appears to cater more to introverts rather than travelers like myself, which is disappointing.
