The company misrepresents its policies on refunds and exchanges for the tours sold on their website. They advertise 'Easy refund. Free exchange,' but when I needed to change a tour, I was informed that their contract with the subcontractor does not allow for an exchange or refund. Despite several discussions to clarify that I expected the promised exchange or refund, they refused to comply. I strongly advise against doing business with this company as they lack honesty and cannot be trusted.

Completely dissatisfied. The service felt more like an advertisement for trips than a provider. I paid a steep price, only to find that they direct you to others for experiences. I discovered I could purchase the same packages directly from experience providers at a lower cost, making the voucher effectively worthless. Given the gift voucher's $99 price, I realized its negative value, making it feel like I should just discard it. Additionally, the selection was disappointingly limited.
