Despite numerous existing reviews, I feel compelled to add my experience. I only wanted to combine a few PDF files for 10p. I was in a hurry before going on holiday. I was unknowingly subscribed to a non-existent service that charged £39.90 monthly. Due to my absence, I realized this charge a few days later. Even though I canceled all future payments through the payment platform and raised a case to recover the £39.90 charged, they refused to refund me, even with evidence of the scam.

This is not only unprofessional, it borders on unlawful behavior under consumer protection and financial regulations.I have now been forced to escalate the matter to my legal counsel and my banking institution to prevent further unauthorized charges. I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this service.

They charge you 0,10€ on the initial day for connecting a couple of PDF-documents. The day after they will charge you with 49,90€ for an obscure subscription. If you have paid by PayPal, you have a really good chance of getting a full refund, because it's such an obvious scam. Make a good documentation with screenshots and payment receipts. PayPal refunded me on the same day. Beware of these racketeers.
Unfortunately I discovered about all the terrible experiences only after I had been scammed. My experience is the same as everybody else. I paid 0.10€ to have a PDF compressed (the result was terrible) and they subtly made me subscribe to their PRO plan which would have started the day after at 50€ per month. Luckily I paid with PAYPAL and I was able to be granted a total refund pretty quickly, but beware of these absolute scammers.
PayPal supports and enables this scam company. I paid 10 cents for a download of a photograph. The next day PayPal charged me $45 for a “monthly subscription”. There was no warning on the website and the company does not have my email address or any details for me to sign in. It is a scam that can only operate because PayPal facilitates payments. PayPal will not refund despite having no evidence of any sign up on my part.
