Difficult experience with customer support

Having been scammed, I have reached out multiple times and plan to involve both a payment platform and local authorities to verify physical addresses. I am repeatedly asking for details about the unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account, which I have already addressed twice. Due to the lack of progress and the subjective nature of your communications, along with the impolite manner of referring to me as a 'user' rather than by name, I will escalate this matter. Please refrain from sending yet another automated response, as I have already provided the required information twice without any acknowledgment. Regardless of time differences, this level of customer service is unacceptable. All I wanted was to close my account, but my requests have been ignored. From reviews, it appears that your service operates under questionable practices and has been flagged online and on review platforms. I will escalate this to the relevant authorities, who will pursue an audit of your company's transactions.

It's a scam!

It's a scam! I paid 0.50€ and everything seemed fine, but then I noticed 49.90€ was charged from my account for a monthly subscription! There was no prior warning or information regarding any subscription!

Unfamiliar and untrustworthy

I have no clue who these individuals are or what they do, but they somehow set up a subscription and withdrew £50 from my account without refunding it. A bunch of con artists. Steer clear!

Fraudulent company

They advertised that image enhancement would be 0.10 for one image. I accepted their offer and received an unsatisfactory enhancement. The next day, I was charged $49 for a membership I never signed up for. They trick people into accepting their 0.10 offer but then switch to a higher charge the following day. This company deceives the public.

Fell for the trial offer

Like many others, I paid 10 pence to enhance a photo trial. The result was terrible, and they withdrew £49.90 from my account. I can't seem to get any responses after emailing the service. Update: The payment platform worked hard to retrieve my £49.90, and I appreciate their assistance. At 76, I explained that I hadn't agreed to any amount other than 10p. I won’t fall for anything like this again.

CAUTION: SCAMMERS!

Fortunately, I checked my email and saw they were going to charge me $49 the day after I made a one-time payment of $0.10 for editing a picture. I immediately researched online and found all these negative reviews, which are accurate. I went to the payment platform to stop any recurring payments and requested they remove any information about me from their database. CAUTION: SCAMMERS!
