Frustrating Experience: Subpar Product and Unreliable Return Policy

I ordered an item from a well-known retailer because they promote free 30-day returns. However, they do not adhere to this policy, and getting a refund is a struggle. After my return was received, they did not process my refund promptly, despite stating I would be refunded three days after its arrival. I had to reach out to remind them about my refund. The product was poorly made and had a strong off-gas smell, reminiscent of rubber. Additionally, returning the item incurred shipping costs, and they deducted a restocking fee, which should not occur with this retailer. A disappointing experience overall.

Avoiding Accountability

They avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes and will lie about their actions. They made an error with my order and then claimed they hadn’t received it, despite clear tracking indicating it was returned to them. The extent of their disregard for accountability is astonishing. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Not Military Friendly, Poor Quality, and Hidden Fees

I ordered an ACU digital uniform for my commander, as advertised. When it arrived, it was a cheap imitation that did not resemble the product description. I contacted them with evidence and requested a full refund without fees, as the item was misrepresented. After returning it, they refunded me but kept $10.25 for shipping and restocking. This company is not military-friendly and engages in misleading advertising. Military personnel, BEWARE—you will likely be dissatisfied with both the product and service.

No Refund for Jackets Paid For But Not Delivered

After ordering jackets from a retailer, I received notification that they had been dispatched, but none confirming delivery. The tracking showed they were delivered, yet the recipient never received them. Multiple emails to the retailer were largely ignored, and I faced further challenges when trying to reach their supplier. They have not responded to my requests for a refund, and the jackets remain undelivered. This experience has left me very dissatisfied and out of pocket, and I would caution against doing business with them in the future.
