Im new here just yesterday and now trying to closes my account because its hard to withdraw and needs more document. I told them about my debit mastercard no photo and still rejecting it. I won $15,000.00 and they’ve only paid me half. They are refusing to pay the other half and stating. “After double-checking the matter, we see that the funds that were in your account were successfully sent to you.”Which is completely false.. it also takes days for them to return emails.
