I live in florida usa and ordered $200 worth of items from tjori. I saw a girl on Instagram with an outfit tagged from tjori. I Got everything as expected, On time, and excellent quality. One thing fitted slightly small but when ordering online you take this chance. Otherwise im pleased with my order and would definitely order again.
I had ordered a few things from Tjori and applied a discount coupon, with COD option. The pkt was delivered at a price higher than that billed at the time of order. Since such things dont happen with Myntra, Amazon, Nyka etc so i just paid without much attention. afterwards when i wrote to C care abt the issue , they simply refused and said that i did not apply the discount coupon, even when i shared the screenshot of original discounted bill. Their products are fine but services need to improve. Just triple check before paying them
This is the most best example of "All that shines is not Gold". Pathetic is not the term for these fraudsters. Their business model is based on Hera Pheri plot. 'Cheat' Fund.I want to abuse their horrible services. But no point. They don't care. PLEASE DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS. Hope they suffer major losses.
I have bought many products from Tjori. The curtains in our house, soaps, shampoos, face cream, hair gel are all from Tjori. I like the sincerity in their products and the happiness they bring to everyone in our household when we use them! In particular, I like their hair gel - its all natural and provides a v good hold for soft hair.
This website have some severe delivery issues. I have ordered a kurta for my wife on 23rd March 2021 and i have been waiting for it till date with no clarification on the exact date of delivery. According to their own words they have a policy to deliver the product within 8-10 days. So, according to them they should have delivered it by 1st -2nd April. i have even given extra 25 days to deliver the product because its 27th April and i have not received it yet. But they keep on giving the excuse of Covid.... i understand the Covid situation gotten worst after 10th April in Delhi but they still had good amount of time to deliver the product before that. This is a fraud what they are doing.... because they refused to refund the money. It is so frustrating to deal with these people.Update 28th April: They will insult you when by giving you credit voucher when I asked for my money back.... Check out the screenshots of my chats with them.... Also attaching a pic with delayed deliver.UPDATE 6TH May: on 4th may 2021 I had a chat with them and they told me that if on 5th may they fail to ship my product they will refund my money check the Screenshots. Today is 6th they are not replying anymore. Tjori.com is a fraud company which is looting people from their hard earned money.PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL PUT IN A LOOP OF CUSTOMER CARE CHATS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE CALLS.I'm Ashir Kumar from Greater Noida.
