All Products are natural , and result is also grateful . Thank you to Tjori team for quick mail responses and for the product delivery . And I would like to say , without experiencing any product don't blame that brand . If you are facing issue about delivery then please mail them , and surely you will get response from them .
Really bad experience....delivery time is unbelievable..i got defective products...One product has grease/oil on it, two products are torn.. i was misled by the positive review on tjori site..what i understand is tjori team filters the review..they show only positive review.
Worst shopping site ever, they are cheating the customers.They claim that return policy is within 3 days but it is not mentioned anywhere in the site. If we cannot return or exchange the items ordered then why option is given in the site. Suffered a huge loss bu ordering from this site. They are making money by cheating people. Please never order anything from this site.
Would urge people not to purchase anything from here. Had placed the order a month back & it was to be delivered on 15th June. It wasnt & they are not even courteous enough to inform about the delay. When checked they said 23rd June then again not delivered, had to chase them, then was told 28th June i,.e today. when checked this morning, they said again they cant deliver and it will be shipped on 5th July. Its a money making scam these people are running. Pathetic service. PLS DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE
though the products seem nice. they have the worst customer service ever.when you try to return a product, they say we will update you on pick up but they wont. Believe me, i tried to return a dress that i bought which didn't suit me much. After a month of daily emails i couldn't return it. The other time, they sent for pick up. But didn't give my refund. They take ages to deliver the products wont give an update in between. when you order one product, they send other product and wont respond despite repeated messages on this issue as well.I lost atleast 3k because of their negligence.
The product was never delivered, it was a prepaid order, placed on 20th may, been more than a month, each week a new and delayed delivery date is updated. Customer service is via emails only, who keep telling it will be delivered in a week. And no refund, you can get a "lifetime credit voucher" to be used on a site which does not deliver the product only. Basically lost that money.
DO NOT ORDER FROM TJORI. Running a scam. Placed an order with delivery of one week, every week I check the order the status and its updated to one week later. This has gone on continuously since last 4 weeks.Customer Service is non-existent, they never answer calls. I put a request to cancel order to which they said money cannot be refunded.So basically they are not sending any product, not answering calls, and not refunding money.Got an email saying they have a No Refund Policy. STOP PENALISING CUSTOMERS FOR YOUR OWN FAILINGS.Learn the basics of customer service if you are running a brand.Its been over a month and no sight of the product till now.
Great products I came across Tjori for their amazing clothing collection and ever since have always loved scrolling and buying on their website! New collections everyday! Pre lockdown the deliveries were prompt and as per promised but during the lockdown it was slow! But the happiness I receive whenever I wear one of their dresses is amazing! And I would recommend the brand to everyone!
