The frames were marketed as oversized, but the ones I received were extremely small, making them unwearable as they caused my vision to blur. The actual measurements were a whole inch smaller than what was stated on the product page. Additionally, the delivery service partnered with the company was unsatisfactory. The delivery driver falsely claimed we were closed when we were open. Customer service informed me they would attempt delivery again in three business days, but they instead tried to deliver on a Saturday when we were closed. Ultimately, they delivered it on a business day at 11:59 PM, leaving it in a vulnerable spot rather than at the front door. As someone who works in supply chain management, I am appalled by the poor quality of both the product and the service. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I understand that sourcing glasses can be challenging, especially with a strong prescription, but I recommend sticking with reputable providers instead. Update: Their response was that they could offer a one-time replacement if there was an issue with the eyeglasses, but if I chose to replace them, I wouldn't be eligible for a refund if I remained unsatisfied. They also informed me that the refund policy involves deducting 50% of the lens price from my total payment since the lenses are custom products. Shipping fees would not be refunded either. Essentially, from a $90 order, I might only receive around $20 back, if I'm lucky. Overall, I advise steering clear of this company.
The glasses are fine, but the customer service has been lacking. I've been waiting for 32 days for my order and have reached out to the support team several times without receiving satisfactory answers. They finally offered to remake my order, but when I inquired about expediting it due to my extended wait, I was left without any guidance. Now I face another 18+ days of waiting. I expected more assistance and am quite disappointed with the support provided.

The glasses are flimsy. They’re made of plastic. I went to clean the pair I had gotten only one month ago and they cracked and snapped in half. I have never had a pair of glasses break just from cleaning them. Save your money and find a pair at a glasses store.
i’ve been waiting over a month and have never received my order. usps employees told me that postage payment was never made and that it was most likely due to malicious intent. my tracking information told me it traveled from LA, to my home state, wisconsin, my home state (again), and was then shipped to indiana and is apparently sitting in ohio, with a notice on the usps website stating that my package won’t be delivered due to lack of proper postage being applied. emailed lens alter, waiting for response.
