This is site was almost impossible to negotiate it.Just didn't fit into my samsung phone.And then it didn't fit onto my macintosh computer. I wasn't offered tickets at a range of prices. The website was also confusing about which were seats reserved for wheelchairs, and which were not. It was incredibly time consuming to use this site.

This is misleading and unacceptable, as customers deserve accurate information to make informed decisions. Therefore, I expect a full refund. Due to the lack of resolution, I have involved my credit card provider for a chargeback. This situation is particularly disappointing as I have been a loyal customer, having attended multiple shows in the past year.
