Frustrating Customer Service Experience

I had a frustrating experience with customer support. The automated responses repeatedly addressed the same issue and often contradicted themselves, leading to confusion and annoyance. I was initially told my swing set was under a five-year warranty, but then it changed to one year. They also stated the warranty begins from the purchase date, disregarding delivery timing. The replacement part was out of stock, raising concerns about the swing set's quality. My child narrowly avoided injury due to a sharp screw exposed when the wood split. I was simply advised to buy a new part, but the item will be discarded.

Disappointing Spare Parts Availability

We've been trying to obtain a surround net for our trampoline for over 18 months, receiving mixed messages or being advised to purchase a new trampoline for a longer guarantee. The same trampoline model is available new with the required net. It's disappointing that a spare part (which we're willing to pay for and is a fraction of the new trampoline's cost) cannot be provided despite still selling the model. Don't buy a trampoline if you expect spare parts to be readily available; ours has been unusable for 18 months. Incredibly frustrating.

My order was delivered very quickly but was missing one component. The delivery service didn't indicate it would arrive in two parts. I contacted the support team, and their response was quick, polite, and reassuring. My inquiry was forwarded to a specialist team who took responsibility for resolving the issue. And they did!
