I had a filling fall out so rang TD in Benfleet at 8am and got an appointment with Aida at 9.15 same day.
Not my regular dentist but excellent at putting me at ease and re-drilled and refilled my tooth with no injection and no pain whilst singing along to the radio!

I've been a patient at this practice for many years now.
I have recently completed a lengthy treatment plan involving braces.
My orthodontist was Jane and she has been so lovely, kind and encouraging throughout the whole process.
I had my braces removed yesterday after 21 months and I am over the moon with the results she has achieved. I would not hesitate to recommend Jane she is both very professional and talented.
Saw Gisella yesterday. Cambridge branch. Excellent service all round from Receptionists to Gisella & assistant. Highly recommend to keep teeth & hygiene in top condition.

new dentist called chun yu, really nice,very professioanl but put me at ease. asked lots of questions which i hadn't been asked previously, very thorough.
Absolutely amazing experience with this dentist. Great advice from both the receptionist and hygienist in regards to my gum disease. Good advice and tips on the correct brushes etc to use. Myself and my daughter were both lucky enough to get in with the NHS. My daughter is 8 and she is happy to attend the dentist. She is made to feel at ease and the whole experience for her has also been very good. All the staff I have come across on my last 3 visits have been all nice, polite and happy. (Even when i nearly bumped into the dental nurse twice in the halls) my bad.
My new Dentist has really been superb in his repair of my small dental plate. It now fits better than it ever has. I was also very impressed with his general manner during my annual checkup.
Hats off to the reception team. They are so busy and although I felt it was a bit rude that they didn't make eye contact when we first walked in (whilst staring at the screen they said " be with you soon"). After being in the waiting room from a few minutes you can see that they are flat out, they are the back bone of this practice. Saw Muneeb Iqbal for the first time and he was so good. Very thorough and a very easy, yet professional, manner.
Yet again, my visit to Daventry surgery was calm and caring.
I was not looking forward to my procedure but, as usual Meeh made it a calm experience. Even having an injection in the gum of an upper front tooth wasn't as bad as I thought!

I came in coz I chipped my tooth and asked if I could be seen they saw me within 15 minute im nervous patient and suffer autism and when ie as seen I explained the issue the dentist man saw me and said it needed filling he understood that numbing wouldn’t work he managed to out a temporary filling in and dint hurt when I needed a second I raised my when and was patient with me and I wa sin and out writing 10 minutes
I wear a full bridge denture with four teeth on that completely shields the roof of my mouth and the top of my upper existing teeth.At no time was I asked to remove this during the check up .Fluoride was squirted on the teeth with the denture in place .I fail to see how a complete check up can be made with this still in place so not impressed.
