My company, Core Talent Resources, LLC, provided recruiting services to TOOTRiS, LLC under a signed agreement. The Services were delivered, and TOOTRiS accepted multiple hires, but they refused to pay what is owed.Despite repeated requests and a final demand, no payment has been made. A small claims lawsuit has been filed in San Diego Superior Court.As a child care company, TOOTRiS should be held to the highest standards of trust and integrity. This failure to honor a clear contractual obligation raises serious concerns about their business ethics.TOOTRiS Comment below is false. After repeated demands, we have not received payment for hires. A Small Claims was filed 9/19/2025 for the unpaid amount.
Leidy Rodriguez was very helpful and friendly. She also went out of her way to triple check why I was not able to submit my reimbursement. She even followed up with me almost a week later with an update. Very quick responses and she remembered me and my problem. That is excellent customer service.

It provides an extensive network of licensed child care providers, including daycare, babysitters, preschool, etc. The customer service team (shout-out to Luis) is very friendly and helpful during the assistance.
