A total waste of my precious money and time. I challenged the writer and they admitted they used AI. I gave them lots of information which they then reorganised inaccurately. I gathered by the inaccuracies and the 'product' the writer did not know about my field of expertise. I closed the process as the whole thing was stressful and so disappointing. I still cannot access the final documents they appear to be asking for more money for me to do this.

All they do is copy and paste your questionnaire answers and run them through AI. The final CV makes no real sense and completely ignores your actual experience. It’s clear they don’t care about quality or individual input just fast, lazy, AI-generated content.Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of money. I paid for a professional CV service from TOPCV, expecting a tailored, human-written document that would help advance my job search. What I received was clearly AI-generated, generic, and lacked any genuine insight into my experience or industry. It didn’t feel personalised at all, despite me providing detailed information.Over the past six months, I haven’t been shortlisted or invited to a single interview. This so-called "professionally written" CV has done absolutely nothing to help my job prospects.To make matters worse, their service was completely unresponsive and unprofessional once the payment was made. No meaningful revisions, no real engagement – just a template-style CV that could’ve been produced for free online.This was a complete waste of money, and I feel misled. I would strongly urge others not to waste your money on this service. There are far better and more genuine options out there.
