I always put 2/3 bags outside per week and they only give me one new bag in return when it used to be like 5. This week they didn’t even take my bags, just drove right past. Last week they didn’t even give me any bags. I’m not going to recycle anymore because they don’t give me new bags and now I will put this weeks bags in the black bin seeing that they are not doing their job. Been recycling for years and been dealing with this problem for the last 6 months. I’ve had enough.
